Experience a Taste of the Innovation Roadshow® at IDFA's Ice Cream Technology Conference

PHILADELPHIA, PA - David Michael's Innovation Roadshow® will make a special appearance at the Ice Cream Technology Conference, March 10-11, 2010 at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Fla. Ice Cream Tech participants will get a first-hand look at emerging global flavors and application trends for ice cream and novelties.

David Michael's Steve Rosskam, executive vice president of sales and marketing, will present a collection of innovative frozen desserts showcased at past Roadshows. This presentation will allow attendees to experience David Michael’s technical creativity and new product and flavor innovation, while providing inspiration for future development.

The International Dairy Foods Association’s (IDFA) Ice Cream Technology Conference is an annual event for frozen dessert professionals and is the only meeting that focuses specifically on frozen dessert research, technology, new market trends, food safety, labeling and opportunities. The conference features networking opportunities and product tasting, including the annual Innovative Ice Cream Flavor Competition.
