Innovation is a big part of who we are at David Michael - we continually strive to be flavor forward. Our Marketing Department identifies trends early on, and tracks them as they develop.
We work alongside our technical staff to familiarize ourselves with the newest technologies and flavors, and incorporate those with observations on societal trends. In addition to the resources of our North American staff, research is shared internationally between our facilities in Mexico, France and China on regional trends and customs.
Combine that with a state of the art new products database, menu database, conference attendance, and continuous monitoring of media, and our people are some of the most tuned in throughout the industry.
Not only does this combined research serve our own needs, helping us to identify future trends and support our ideas, but we also share our findings with our clients.
