In 2003, David Michael & Co launched our first Innovation Roadshow. In 2008, we took the show global.

Our first stop - Valence, France. Home to David Michael Europe. The day combined tasting sessions, expert presentations and innovative prototypes - an experience designed to truly stimulate innovation and creativity.

For its first Innovation Roadshow®, David Michael Europe introduced a program based on discovery, culture and tradition.

On the evening prior to the event, we shared with our clients and partners a local French tradition - visiting a well-known local winery. Attendees learned about the tasting of different aromas and the consumption temperature to best enjoy wine.  But most of all, the bilingual local expert gave an excellent explanation about the appearance, the nose and the palate of wine. After that, we were all able to chose the right wine to accompany our meals! Everyone enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and delicious food, featuring local fare. 

On the day of the event, attendees participated in a number of presentation, including flavor innovation, social responsibility and signature flavor - the theme of this year's show. Following our speaker, we gathered for a tabletop innovation presentation featuring flavors and technologies.

Following the showcase, *need chef's name here*, a celebrated French chef, prepared an interactive lunch show with spectacular flambé food and refined meals.
