ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER (AAM)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Passion for sales and positive attitude
- 1-3 years selling experience (food industry experience is a bonus)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Self-motivation and strong work ethic
- Travel – approximately 80%
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills
- Relocate to Philadelphia, PA for 6-12 month(s) for initial training; relocate upon completion of training program to sales territory in a major U.S. city as an Account Manager
ABOUT DM’S SALES ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (AAM):
This entry level position offers a comprehensive 6 to 12 month one-on-one training program in DM’s Philadelphia corporate headquarters. Upon completion of the program, the individual will be promoted to Account Manager and relocate to a major US city to maintain and grow a sales territory. Training offers hands on exposure to every aspect of our business and covers product knowledge, customer service, company operations, and professional selling skills. We invest extensively in initial and on-going training for our salesforce to ensure success.
This professional and B2B sales position is geared toward maintaining and growing your portfolio by servicing existing customers, developing new business opportunities and building key relationships. Account Managers meet with clients on a daily basis and coordinate internal communication to assure key projects are well-managed from start to finish. Each Account Manager is an integral part of our team and makes a discernible positive contribution to DM’s success.
This position is a direct hire. Competitive salary based upon experience with bonus and commissions. The salary and incentives boast a lucrative, challenging, long term career in sales. A company car is provided and AAM’s receive full reimbursement for all travel and business expenses.
